I would wait an hour for this pizza. Who ever is running this place, keep on going. It was so busy and not once were our drinks empty. I want to give them huge thank you for making a very bad situaton thanks to Rosatis on Courtesy Road in Louisville a great one. My 4year olds birthday took place and I had arranged a delivery with Rosatis. They never came and wouldnt answer their phone. I wasnt too familiar with the area, but found this Cosmos location only a few minutes away. I explained the situation and they were able to get me three perfectly cooked large pizzas and a few slices in blazing fast time and were incredibly understanding and courteous. Its great pizza, so Id recommend it to anyone, but the incredible level of service really makes it an allaround great shop. Thanks to all those that were working on Sunday, 1215! Me, and about 20 toddlers and their parents, truly appreciate you! ”

Every pie that goes into their stacked ovens is stretched to thin, even perfection. Then like a planet that orbits the sun they put circular swirls of red sauce on each slice until the zesty, tangy and a touch spicy base is spread evenly across the dough. Finally they sprinkle on whole milk mozzarella and premium toppings then bake the pizza to thin and slightly crispy perfection. While the pizza is good. What really takes it to another galaxy is the spicy ranch. They house bad sauce should be smothered on every slice because it adds a creamy and dreamy yet hot and spicy sensation to each bite. So buy a 24inch pizza get a jar of ranch and be ready to take your tastebuds on an intergalactic flavor adventure. ”
